Course Overview:
For senior level executives sponsoring the LSS projects. Preferably at a higher level than a project sponsor. Radical knowledge of LSS is vital. It helps in choosing valuable projects matching the vision of the business. The course enables champions to absorb comprehensive knowledge of LSS. It displays overview of what LSS is about. It assists leaders in integrating LSS execution. Champions will develop coaching skills. They can choose potential LSS belts, and mentor them. Ability to identify projects impacting the P&L/NOPBT.
Lean Six Sigma project. The Sponsor is the first advocate of the Project idea;
➤ This primary role is to support the LSS project leader in planning and executing the project, ensure technical, financial, and human resources required for the project are available, and follow up on the milestones and gates of each of the project phases.
➤ The training will go through interesting modules that will help build the capability, knowledge and skill of potential project sponsors in Lean Six Sigma, leadership and the roles of a project sponsor and how to execute them effectively.
